C is correct. Because some people travel by bus and some by bus. And rest will choose as per requirement. So C is correct.

I also agree with you @Rushikesh.

D must be right as well as C.

The answer is C. It is "Travellers" and not " Travelling".

If it was "travelling", then D is the answer. Because both Bus and Train are used for Travelling and so "train" and "bus" are two different modes used for travelling.

Whereas, in the question, it is "travellers" meaning: Travellers have the choice to either use a Bus or a Train as their mode of commute.

Hence, it is option C.

I think Option D is best. The question focus on the mode of travellers travel, if we consider goods, conductor etc, than that will be the assumption. If the assumption is done than answer can be any option a, b, c or d.

Opt C is correct, because all travellers not only travelling by bus/train but also by some other vehicles.

I think the answer should be A. I'll tell you the reason. It's because if you observe carefully one coach/ cart in a train is almost equivalent to a bus. So one coach can be considered as one bus. Likewise the smaller circle in A is the bus which is a part of the larger circle ie the train. And passengers are different because they are the ones who travel either by train or by bus. So i think that option A is the most apt.

It is option D because the big circle travellers and two small cicle are bus and train. It means travellers are travel by both bus & train.
