That can be disputed, as not all dogs are domesticated and some lions if reared as cubs can be domesticated. As for snakes, well one could keep them as pets but they can never be domesticated as they are unable to express affection towards humans. They're totally driven by instinct, even when hand-reared.

Correct me if I am wrong.

All three are different, but lions and snakes are carnivores, whereas dogs can be considered omnivores.

Hence, one common thread also exists between all three of them. Then, shouldn't the answer be B instead?

The right answer should be B as lions and dogs are four-legged animals and mammals, meanwhile, lions and snake are both wild animals.

The right Option (c).

A lion is a wild animal.
The dog is a pet animal.
A snake is a reptile.
