If we going to find out relation between moon earth sun.
We found first i.e. moon takes round to earth and earth takes round to sun, yeah we know these all are parts of universe, but here we are going find out relation, not what they have. I go with "A".

Moon goes around the Earth.
Earth goes around the Sun. So, Moon also goes around the Sun.
If Sun is the bigger circle (option B), then Moon and Earth are revolving around it in common.
So, why can't the answer be B?

I think option B will be the answer because moon revolves around the earth but also the sun. So here a logic creates that is earth, moon both revolves around sun. So B will be correct.

Moon revolves around Earth, Earth revolves around Sun.
I agree with the option "C". But "A" is also correct from this perspective.
