The correct answer will be option C.
You see, nurses and patients are both found in hospitals (excluding the fact that they may be somewhere else). They both are 'different', as one works there and the other goes there for treatment. It is, however true that nurses fall sick.
But, if we get all those thoughts out and think simply, the correct answer will be option C.

Hospital has a nurse looking after the patient.
According to me, the 3 circles will cover each other as a patient nurse and hospital from the inside respectively.

A patient not necessarily visit a hospital. Similarly a nurse may not be in a hospital (They can be in a nursing home for that matter).
Best option is A. Where even nurses can be patients in a hospital.

Why can't a nurse be a patient? the diagram is as if no nurses suffer from diseases in their lifetime.
