B is correct. A guardian can also be a parent or a teacher. A teacher can be a guardian or a parent. A parent can be a guardian or a teacher. One can be a teacher, guardian and a parent.

A teacher guides the student in school, the parents guides d student at home. So, both the parent and the teacher guides the student, though at different occasions, and that makes both of them guardians.
Also, a teacher could be the parent just as a parent could also be the teacher to a student.
Option B is a better option since it shows the inter-relationship between the roles (teacher, parent and guardian).

A teacher can be a guardian as well as a parents and vice-versa. So, the correct option is B.
