All the three are interlinked. A teacher can be a guardian as well as parent likewise others also.

Some parents could be guardians and teachers could be both parents and guardians. So C is correct.

This is just like same question available on previous pages in which relation is in between teacher, musician and writer.
A teacher may or may not be musician or writer and similarly others. So correct option is B.
