B is correct. A guardian can also be a parent or a teacher. A teacher can be a guardian or a parent. A parent can be a guardian or a teacher. One can be a teacher, guardian and a parent.

A teacher can be a Parent/Guardian. Similarly, a Parent can be a Teacher/Guardian and a Guardian can be a Teacher/Parent. All are linked each other.

Some Teachers may be Parents and Guardians. Some Parents may be Teachers and Guardians And Some Guardians may be Teachers and Parents. Hence, the correct answer is 'B'.
