B is correct. A guardian can also be a parent or a teacher. A teacher can be a guardian or a parent. A parent can be a guardian or a teacher. One can be a teacher, guardian and a parent.

A parent may be a teacher and guardian. A guardian may be a teacher and parent. A teacher may be a parent and guardian. So B option is correct answer.

A teacher guides the student in school, the parents guides d student at home. So, both the parent and the teacher guides the student, though at different occasions, and that makes both of them guardians.
Also, a teacher could be the parent just as a parent could also be the teacher to a student.
Option B is a better option since it shows the inter-relationship between the roles (teacher, parent and guardian).

Both teachers and parents are guardians. Teachers play the role of both parents and guardians and parents also do the same.
