A teacher guides the student in school, the parents guides d student at home. So, both the parent and the teacher guides the student, though at different occasions, and that makes both of them guardians.
Also, a teacher could be the parent just as a parent could also be the teacher to a student.
Option B is a better option since it shows the inter-relationship between the roles (teacher, parent and guardian).

Parents are need not be a guardian, some time grand father or mother s also guardian, they are become a teacher, so answer is correct.
