Option A should be correct. According to the diagram no 2 it clearly showing that some watches are keys. So what's wrong in that case? please explain.

It can be an answer only if the given condition is possible in all figures. If not it is not a conclusion and that's why option 2 is not an answer.

In my opinion, the answer is D - as 1 and 3 is correct. The argument for 1 to be correct is well stated above, however, 3 is also correct for the following reason:

If all locks are keys ( locks = keys), then all keys are locks as x=y then y=x. The diagram does not take this into consideration.

Some watches are bats. Remaining part of the watch can be key or lock. Since it is not directly given in the statement so. It can be a possibility.

So, I think both conclusion 1 and 2 follows.
