Conclusion 1 and 3 only correct. How come conclusion 4 ? for this question we get a conclusion is 'All goats are lions' therefore 'some lions are goats' also correct. Hence 1 and 3 only right answer. In conclusion 4 middle term is there, it shouldn't come.

4th conclusion comes just by the direct method.

i.e, All dogs are tiger can be written as. Some dogs are a tiger and some tiger are dogs.
