All the first 3 statements are correct. Door and Cat are disjoint sets (given).
Also Cat is the universal set of Dog (Dog is a subset of Cat). So all 3 are correct. Some cats are dogs but the vice versa is not true.

Out of two statements, if one is negative, the conclusion must be negative.
So only 1 and 2 options may be right.
