In both the statements, middle term exists twice so that conclusion must follow a particular. But one of the statement is negative conclusion must be negative. So, the conclusion is particular negative 4.

According to syllogism rule: If on premises is -ve. Conclusion must be -ve.
So the conclusion 1 and 2 will be followed.

Yes, option B is the correct answer i.e., conclusion 1 and 3.
Conclusion 1 - is obtained by substituting statement 2 in statement 1.
Conclusion 3 is the obtained by reversing the subject and the predicate or even by the venn diagram as suggested in the explanation.

Answer should be 1, 2, 3 because in venn diagram method, out of all possibilities, we consider the one which has LEAST COMMON AREA.
