According to me 1, 2 are correct, the 3 one doesn't stand as the dogs are cats but not a dog. Its not viceversa.

I don't agree with you all. We cannot say the options 1 and 2 because the relationship between the doors and the cats is not given in the statements. All dogs are cats doesn't mean that all cats are dogs. Some cats are dogs and the others may be doors. When we are not sure we cannot say options 1 and 2. We are sure only about the option 3. So only 3 follows.

I learned that negative statement should have negative conclusion only. So I find no conclusion.
