Yes, it is correct @Saalini

Because 4th conclusion is not correct.

Ex- all yellow yolk is inside the egg's shell, the egg shell is not inside the yellow yolk.

The answer is all 1, 2, 3 and 4 as:.

Conclusion 1 is correct as if no dogs are doors and all dogs are cats no doors are cats.
Conclusion 2 is correct as it is a repeat of the first conclusion.
Conclusion 3 is correct as if all dogs are cats some cats are also dogs.
Conclusion 4 is correct as if all dogs are cats all cats are dogs.

Therefore all 1, 2, 3 and 4 are correct.

No door is dog. But there is the possibility that a door can be a cat or a cat can be a door because it is not expressly said that it cannot be therefore it can be. It is an either-or case. Where we have to check the possibility. And the cat is the bigger circle. So, there is a possibility for a door to be a cat and a cat to be a door.

Here, in the explanation part we see 2 type of Venn diagrams, in the second one we find that some door can also be cat (because its not mentioned that door can't be cat) , so we also have to consider that situation, and hence 1 and 2 are not true, and only 3 is true.
