Well guys look at it this way.
No door is dog. All the dogs are cats.
No door is cat.
No cat is door.
All dogs are cats, that doesn't mean that all cats are dogs, that is, some cats may not be dogs. DOGS is a subset of CATS.
Now no door is dog but some doors may be cats because as we saw all cats are not dogs.
The second conclusion also, similarly, is not feasible.

I don't agree with you all. We cannot say the options 1 and 2 because the relationship between the doors and the cats is not given in the statements. All dogs are cats doesn't mean that all cats are dogs. Some cats are dogs and the others may be doors. When we are not sure we cannot say options 1 and 2. We are sure only about the option 3. So only 3 follows.

The first statement is negative and the other statement is positive and marge and the negative conclusion must be followed & positive conclusion can't be followed ever for this statement.
No, the door is Cat true and we can also read from the back.
No Cat is door because in the negative statement no is hidden so statement 1st and 2nd both are followed.

There are two possible Venn diagram interpretations for this question.
In the first interpretation, conclusions 1, 2, and 3 are valid, but no option lists that exact combination.
In the second interpretation, only conclusion 3 holds true.
Since no option includes 1, 2, and 3 together, So, we have to select the option that supports only conclusion 3.

All of you are wrong.
Middle term is dog and middle term should not be in the conclusion.
If middle term is distributed twice then conclusion should be particular.
So conclusion is:
Some doors are cats (or) Some cats are doors.
But this conclusion is not available in the list.
Answer is 3rd option because it is converse of 2nd statement.

No door is dog. But there is the possibility that a door can be a cat or a cat can be a door because it is not expressly said that it cannot be therefore it can be. It is an either-or case. Where we have to check the possibility. And the cat is the bigger circle. So, there is a possibility for a door to be a cat and a cat to be a door.

All of you please don't think. Follow the rules.
1. Check the statements 1&2 are o and a type which does not have conclusions so con 1 is wrong.
2. Now con 2 is of single statement type and of A type which as a rule is converted into I type that is some cats are dogs the is why only con-2 is true and 1 does not follow.

If negative conclsion is correct then we have to draw alternative diagram (that is shown in discuss some doors are cats) now check all statements if steatements are follow that diagram is consider now check again all conclusions.
Now conclusion I and II does not follow only conclsion III follows.

@All
People who are saying options 1, 2 and 3 should be correct.
I think Answer 3 is correct because in the question there is no connection between the door and the cat, so they will not be considered.
Ensure that you don't extend the conclusion beyond what the premises allow.
