As the option is 3 I thought that They had given all dogs are cats.
But not all cats are dogs.
Also, there is no link between door and dog.
But have between door and cat.
So, But in the conclusion they had given no door is cat so the statement is wrong.

People who are saying options 1, 2 and 3 should be correct.
I think Answer 3 is correct because in the question there is no connection between the door and the cat, so they will not be considered.
