Here, we know that all phones are scales, all scales are calculators.
In (1), is wrong, because it is all scales contains in calculators but not in calculators in scale.
In (2), all phones contain in calculators, it's correct according to diagram as well as given statement, so (2) option is right.
In (3), all scales are not on the phone, instead, all phones are in scales, so (3) is wrong.
In (4), even if all phones are calculators, but it contains some calculator in the phone because the calculator is also included according to the diagram.
So option [c] is the correct answer.

What I understand that is 1 and 3 follows.
Because 1: All the calculators are scales.
3 : All the scales are phones.
