The answer to this question is "4 and either 1 or 3." This is clear from the diagrams mentioned above. See "No car is cycle" is clear from diagram 1 and "Some cars are cycles" is clear from diagram 2. So either 1 or 3 is true. Please make the necessary changes in the option.

Conclusion 4 is the just convergence of the given statement.

Some cars are scooters <==> Some scooters are cars.

Therefore, it follows the logic.

Rest are not follows logically in all cases (we can find it from the images easily).

Therefore, the given answer Option 4 is correct.
