I feels 1 & 2 are following but there no option for it in the answers. So it is none of these instead of none of the four follows.

The answer must be 1 and 2 follows. From figure 2 we can come to this conclusion. How can it be none of the four follows?

The above rules were not getting applicable to all type of questions.

Actually 'both 1 & 2' follows but this option is not present. And so the last option left to conclude is 'none of the four'.

Both one and two are correct but there is no option so the result become none of these.
