Clearly in the first group, the second and third letters are respectively three and two steps ahead of the first letter.

In 1st series 2nd letter and third letters are respectively three and two steps ahead of the first letter.
2nd series, I comes after H and 2 steps after F.
3rd series, M comes after L and 2 steps after J.
So answer is I and M.

f+3=i,
i-1=h,
j+3=m,
m-1=l.
So, the answer is i, m.
