I consists of 2nd, 7th and 12th letters from the end of the English alphabet, while
II consists of 2nd, 7th and 12th letters from the beginning of the English alphabet.
So, the missing letter in II is the 12th letter from the beginning of the English alphabet, which is L.

From the given sequence, the number letters are alternatively subtracted 5 and added 5.

To solve the first series count from Z to A.
2nd letter from Z to A=Y, 7th letter from Z to A =T 12th letter from Z to A=O,
Then to solve the second series count from A to Z 2, 7, 12 letters.
To solve the first series count from Z to A.
2nd letter from Z to A=Y, 7th letter from Z to A =T 12th letter from Z to A=O,
Then to solve the second series count from A to Z 2, 7, 12 letters.
