When we are subtracting 17 from I(9) we will go 17 steps back.
i.e;
I -> H -> G -> F -> E -> D -> C -> B -> A -> Z -> Y -> X -> W -> V -> U -> T -> S -> R.
or we can say (26 +( 9 - 17)) % 26 = 18.
As we are rotating in 26 alphabets.
i.e;
