48
Answer: Option
Explanation:

The terms of the series are (l2 - 02), (22 - l2), (42 - 22), (62 - 32) and (82 - 42).

Another logic is 3*4 = 12 ,3*8 = 24, 3*16 = 48

so c) is option

In ur logic difference of squares of consecutive nos r taken till 2 numbers den it follows a pattern of square of no. - square of half the no.

I mentioned dis beforehand because you might question me in response why i didnt consider 1st no? its same in your nd my logic.

3 x 2^2= 12,
3 x 2^3= 24 Correct but 25 was written,
3 x 2^4= 48.

So, the answer is Option C 25.

it could be;

3 * 1^2 = 3,
3 * 2^2 = 12,
3 * 3^2 = 27,
3 * 4^2 = 48.
