Difference between the numbers are multiples of 3 of the previous difference.
Like.... 730-224 = 486.
224-82 = 162.
And 486/162 = 3.
Therefore 3*(10-4) = 3*6 = 18 is the difference between 3rd term and 10.
Therefore 3rd term is 10+18 = 28.
