Not a logical question but ultra logical.

1^2, 1^3, 2^2, 2^3, 3^2, 3^3, 4^2..

Squares of consecutive natural numbers, therefore cube of 4 is 64 (B).

2'2, 2'3 = 2 * 2 = 4.
2 * 2 * 2 = 8,

3'2, 3'3 = 3 * 3 = 9.
3 * 3 * 3 = 27,

4'2, 4'3 = 4 * 4 = 16.
4 * 4 * 4 = 64.

So, the answer = 64.

Can also be like (make a group of two).

4, 8 (4*2).
9, 27 (9*3).
16*4 = 64.
