Read this statement again "T is not between Q and S but some other one".
And "between Q and S" which implies something must be there in between Q and S.
The Correct answer is T.

S/q is not correct. Because it needs just right person and s/q is not just right of V. So the correct answer is T.

Shouldn't it be S/Q? Because, T is not between Q and S. So, T is between P and R. The order I found out is as below, in a clock order. It still fit the question.
