Agree, data inadequate plus wrong diagram 3 positions between p and r.

There should have been fifth option- Data Inadequate (which is the actual answer).

According to the question "R is 4th to the right of P". So after changing the position of P & R the difference between their position will remain same. But, in the picture R is 2nd to the right of P.
