According to the question "R is 4th to the right of P". So after changing the position of P & R the difference between their position will remain same. But, in the picture R is 2nd to the right of P.

Questions are not clear. I am getting different arrangement. i.e., p-t-q-r-s-v-p on the circle.

VT is the correct answer because the condition is the position of P and R is interchanged.

There should have been fifth option- Data Inadequate (which is the actual answer).

It says P is next to the left of V. So how this arrangement can be formed?

Agree, data inadequate plus wrong diagram 3 positions between p and r.

In arranging as TRPVSQ, RT will be applicable.
