F only sits with B. This means that there is no other person sitting along with F or B.

In the question, it's given that C (girl) does not sit with A, E and D.

So if remove A. B. E. F. D, the only people left are G and D.

Furthermore, according to the question, E is the brother of C which means E is a boy, A sits with HIS best friends which means A is a boy and there is only 1Girl sitting on each of the 3 tables which means that C can't sit with A as they both are girls. So if we remove A (girl), B (girl), D (girl), E (boy), F (boy), the only one left is G.

Hope this is clear. Please correct me if I am wrong.

There is an another possibility.

C can sit with B & F . By the given condition C can sit with:
1. G C
2. B F C or F B C .
So, according to the options, Option A is also correct.

Correct me, If I am wrong.
