According to the question, A sits on the bench 1 and G sits on the bench 3. Since F the boy student sits with only B, so place F and B on the bench 2. Because F is a boy, B must be a girl. Given that, C(girl) can not sit with A, E and D so place it on bench 3.
Given that, A sits on the bench I with his best friends. Therefore more then two students are sitting on bench 1, which are A, E and D.
Since E is the brother of C. E is a boy.
In bench 1 min one person should be girl, but we don't no about A &D.
girls=C ,B confirmed and more 1 or 2 persons from A ,D are girls.
Therefore answer is (B).

Option B is right.
it's obvious that there should be 3 girls ....a/c to ques.
And it's clear that boys E, F, A(sits with his friend).
One member can be either girl or boy.
So, there should be either 3 or 4 girls.

There is exact three girls because A is sit with his friend. It means A is a male and E is male So BCD are only females.

Let me explain this answer.
1) A seat with "his" "friends"
i.e., A is boy and 1st bench has 3 students.
2) F seats "only" with B.
Given F is boy and i.e., B is girl.
3) G is 3rd bench remaining student is C.
So,
Males are f, e, a.
So answer is 3 or 4.

@Anish.
F the boy student sits with only B(It means that FB can occupy only 2 row). Since we don't know whether G is he or she .. So no of girls could be 3 or 4.

Let me help you out.
There is 2 possible answers.
1)
A F B
E D
G C
OR
2)
A E D
F B
G C
In any arrangement we know C is a girl.
A is a boy as in question it is told "his friends".
E & F are boys .
Take 1st arrangement.
A, F boys & B shd be girl.
E a boy & D shd be girl.
G Can be girl or boy bt C is girl.
i.e Total 4 girls.
But similarly try 2 arrangement you will turn up with 3 girls.
Hence 3 or 4 girls.
