C Q D B A
M O P E N

I think this will be the correct answer after rearrangement, and the final answer will be B.

@Maurya.

Your fault reveals when you arrange as-CEBDA.

But since A B C D E are facing south, their left and right will automatically change will exactly be opposite to that of M N O P Q.

What I got is.

CEBDA
MOPQN

After shifting:
CBQDA
MOPQN

There is no 2nd left opposite to O.

In the last condition, question says Q shifts to the place of B so answer will be B but this answer didn't follow the third condition.

The figure taken in the answer is incorrect.

This answer is incorrect. It will be right instead of left in the statement. Please correct it.

Why it can't be?

A D B E C.
N P Q O M.

Q shifts to the place of B is third condition. You have not done this condition.

C Q D B A.
M O P E N.

b is facing downwards which means that his "left" is actually your "right"(since we are working from the 'mopen').

Similarly second person "left" to b is second to "right".

Q is second person right of B. But in question second person left of B asked. I think this question is not correct. Or anyone provide proper explanation for this.
