@All.
The question is not followed properly, as they are missing the 3rd condition. Upon ignoring 3rd condition, the answer would be OPTION A but when taking 3rd option into the consideration then the correct answer would be B( not OPTION B). Correct me, if I am wrong.

b is facing downwards which means that his "left" is actually your "right"(since we are working from the 'mopen').
Similarly second person "left" to b is second to "right".
Similarly second person "left" to b is second to "right".

Your fault reveals when you arrange as-CEBDA.
But since A B C D E are facing south, their left and right will automatically change will exactly be opposite to that of M N O P Q.

The third condition is not applied. So the correct answer will be B will be sitting on the second left position of Q (which is opposite to O) after applying all the conditions.

Q is second person right of B. But in question second person left of B asked. I think this question is not correct. Or anyone provide proper explanation for this.

The instruction (2) says "B who is just next to the left of D" - But according to the initial arrangement shown in figure, he is sitting at the right of D?

Option A is the wrong answer since you hav not done the 3rd condition which tells that Q shifts to the place of B.
The correct answer is:.
CQDBA.
MOPEN.
The correct answer is:.

Option A is incorrect because the 3rd condition is not apply here, so answer will be B which is opposite to o and second left. So answer will be "B".

In the last condition, question says Q shifts to the place of B so answer will be B but this answer didn't follow the third condition.

Answer Q is right because all five mens are sitted towards the direction of south so second person left to B is Q.
