  4. E is opposite to O who is just next right of M.

Only AN is not diagonally opposite to each other. The remaining options will be possible.

The thing is when we say diagonally opposite then we consider the pair of one end element of one line and the other end element of the other side of the second line. This could be easily understood while the formation of the arrangement itself.

BO and EQ are not diagonally opposites. Because diagonal meets only end position.
