Answer will be option C i.e., "U" if we rotate the hexagon to 90 degrees.
All other Questions will be satisfied but except this one. Can anyone please explain this.

The given answer is correct.
Since all members (PQRST) are facing the centre of the hexagonal. Now imagine who is the fourth person to the left of Q.
S is sitting immediate left side of Q.
R is sitting immediate right side of Q.
Therefore, P is the fourth person to the left of Q.

Is confusing but the way to understand it is as follows. Imagine yourself sitting at the table facing the centre and your name is Q... the fourth person to your left ie left side of you is P.ie S is first,U is second,T is third and P is fourth...

Actually, I think Data inadequate is accurate here. The table is in which direction must be mentioned. If it is north-south direction or east-west direction. Here that is not mentioned that's why both and are correct U and P.
