Mary is to the right of rani wrong statement because reeta is between rani and mary.
So there is no need there the statement of "mary is to the right of rani" if we want to make same statement and answer.

@seema is right answer because in the case of photography answer is reversed.

Friends Mary is right of Rani means not immediately right neighbor at any place to the right.

Seema, Rani, Bindu, Mary, and Reeta are sitting in a bench.
Seema left to rani and right to Bindu i.e. Bindu, Seema, rani.
Mary is right of Rani i.e. Rani, Mary.
And Reeta in between Rani and Mary i.e. Rani, Reeta, Mary.
Seating Arrangement is:- Bindu, Seema, Rani, Reeta, Mary.
C i.e. Mary.
Seema left to rani and right to Bindu i.e. Bindu, Seema, rani.

From whose perspective we have to view the direction? From the photographer or the girls?

The answer is wrong. The perspective should be from the girls, so the sequence should be in reverse order.
One observation is that 'to be Photographed' means, the perspective is always girls only.

Why can't the sequence be like this-Mary-Reeta-Rani-Seema-Bindu?
As from my view, we should arrange them as per their right or left not per us looking them from straight.

NOTE: If it is mentioned as photograph that means 5 girls are face south direction. Else north direction.

The sequence I got is Mary-Reeta-Rani-Seema-Bindu. Why should we take only in such order?
