Girish and vishnu you both are wrong, the order of letters that he has placed in circle is correct, may be you all are not aware of how to place the letters in circle. There is a way to place letters in circle.

@Fathima. I think both 2 and 3 options are correct, hence we cannot surely say which one is true. It will be data inadequate only.
