The answer would be data inadequate because there is one way more in which they can sit i.e. PQWSUVTR in this S would be at the immediate left of W.

In my logic, the statement "W is not between U and S" means that some letter have to fill between U_ S.

I Think there is two way PRTVUSWQ and PRTVQSW to satisfies the condition. In 1st type of circle, it satisfies (3)option. In 2nd type, It satisfies (2) an(3) options. So, the common ans is 3rd option.
