According to me, the correct order of this question is would be JLMPSRJH.

Let's consider the houses numbered from 1 to 8 from left to right.

Condition 3 implies there is at least one house to the left of Larry, so Larry cannot be in house 1.

Condition 4 implies Paul lives in one of the two houses in the middle, so Paul can be in house 4 or 5.
