The way I ordered this from house index = 1 to 8:
J/S -> R -> J/S -> P -> M -> H -> L -> T (last).
Reason:
1. Paul lives in one of the two houses in the middle = This is my immediate focus, place P in the middle: 8/2 = index 4, as anchor.
2. Jack is not the neighbour Siman = J and S cannot be next to each other
3. Harry is just next to the left of Larry = xxx -> P -> xxx -> H -> L.
4. There is at least one to the left of Larry.
5. Mike lives in between Paul and Larry = xxx -> P -> M-> H -> L.
6. At least one lives to the right of Robert = xxx -> R -> P -> M-> H -> L.
7. Harry is not between Taud and Larry = xxx -> R -> P -> M-> H -> L => T (T must be the end of right-tail).
8. Back to statement (2) above: J/S -> R -> J/S -> P -> M-> H -> L => T.
A: All choices are correct except (C) "Taud is in between Paul and Jack".
