For arrangment (ii) of ur solution how (ii) &(v) is not satisfied.
Harry is next to lary and Mike lives between Paul and Larry.
So why not this arrangement is possible?

The trick here is to assemble the line of names in such a way that all of the conditions are satisfied. As I did that, I found more than 1 answers correct, so I changed the pattern by complying to the conditions and at the same time, trying to get a single option as the correct answer.

I got it as : H L M T P J R S.

I think many correct patterns are possible and readjusting gives a final single solution and that would be option C.
