There are many combinations :
1) J H L M P T R S
2) H L M P J T R S
3) H L M P T J R S
4) H L M P S T R J ----> Satisfy the (iii) option.
5) H L M P T S R J ----> Satisfy the (iii) option.
So finally some data are missing , means : DATA INADEQUATE:
1) J H L M P T R S
2) H L M P J T R S
3) H L M P T J R S
4) H L M P S T R J ----> Satisfy the (iii) option.
5) H L M P T S R J ----> Satisfy the (iii) option.
So finally some data are missing , means : DATA INADEQUATE:

See, you all, @Ardentgirl can be right but there is much confusion about the seats of Robert, Taud, Jack and Simon.

Its not possible to get a complete solution for this question as the puzzle is incomplete, all we can do is assumptions, and here if you try to place Taud between Paul and jack it contradicts the 1st statement. So its the only option we can prove wrong where as others still got a possibility.
