The arrangement should be in:

harry, taud, larry, mike, paul, siman, robert, jack.

The conditions are:

1. Jack is not the neighbour Siman.
2. Harry is just next to the left of Larry.
3. There is at least one to the left of Larry.
4. Paul lives in one of the two houses in the middle.
5. Mike lives in between Paul and Larry.
6. one lives to the right of Robert that is jack.
7. Harry is not between Taud and Larry so taud is between them.

This is the correct order

The order is 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8
H S L M P T R J
So option C is correct that Taud is between Paul & Jack.
Here some conditions are there such as Paul Can only be in 4 & 5th house Then there should be atleast one left to larry so larry cannot be at the left most corner & robert also has one right to it so it cant be on the rightmost corner then Mike is inbetween paul & larry & inbetween means exactly in the middle of paul & Larry.
In this sequence all the conditions of the question are satisfied.
