There are many combinations :
1) J H L M P T R S
2) H L M P J T R S
3) H L M P T J R S
4) H L M P S T R J ----> Satisfy the (iii) option.
5) H L M P T S R J ----> Satisfy the (iii) option.
So finally some data are missing , means : DATA INADEQUATE:
1) J H L M P T R S
2) H L M P J T R S
3) H L M P T J R S
4) H L M P S T R J ----> Satisfy the (iii) option.
5) H L M P T S R J ----> Satisfy the (iii) option.
So finally some data are missing , means : DATA INADEQUATE:

Harry, Larry, Mike, Paul, Jack, Taud, Robert, and Simran.
Points are given as;
1. Jack and Simran, not a neighbor.
2. Larry has at least one left to Larry so it is in left.
3. Mike lives in between Paul and Larry and also in the middle houses..
4. If at least one lives to the right of Robert which is Simran then obvious Taud and Larry are not in between..
So, as per the statement Taud is in between Paul and Jack.

As per my logic, the order should be H-J-L-M-P-T-R-S.

At least "ONE" means at a minimum one one, there can be more than one so condition number 3 and 6 must be changed and the word at least one must be replaced with ONE to get the answer.
Other wise there are too many possible answers as @ Global baba mentioned.
Still, this gives many possible arrangements but satisfies the answer as "C".
