See, according to the question, the position of P,R,L,H,M are known but the position of J,S,T are not known.

THE possible arrangement acc to the given condition could be :

Harry is just next to the left of Larry & There is at least one to the left of Larry. => H,L
Paul lives in one of the two houses in the middle. => H,L,_,_,P,_,_,_. or H,L,_,P,_,_,_,_.
or _H,L,_,P,_,_,_.

Mike lives in between Paul and Larry. => H,L,M,P,_,_,_,_. or _,H,L,M,P,_,_,_.
at least one lives to the right of Robert =>H,L,M,P,_,_,R,_. or _H,L,_,P,_,R,_.
Harry is not between Taud and Larry => H,L,M,P,_,T,R,_. or H,L,M,P,T,_,R,_. or _H,L,M,P,T,R,_.

Jack is not the neighbour Siman. now we can put J and S in diff positions =>
j,H,L,M,P,s,R,t.
H,L,M,P,t,j,R,s.
H,L,M,P,j,t,R,s.
H,L,M,P,s,t,R,j.
j,H,L,M,P,t,R,s.

in every situation we can clearly see, it is not possible to say that T will not be in b/w P and J
therefore all the given options are correct.

@Siva.

If the order of the series is H L M P T S R J then both options C and D become false.
