A person will commit a crime, then the police will arrest him and then he will present before the judge in court. In case he is proven guilty the judge will pass the judgment sentencing a punishment.

The person who does the Crime is arrested by the Police,
Police take him to the judiciary body where the matter is then supervised by the Judge,
The Judge on the basis of facts, proofs & witnesses and passes a fair Judgment, on the basis of the evidence-based judgment fair and justified Punishment is given to the criminal.
