Yes, I got your point of view logically if you consider phone interview way of selection then the given answer is correct.

Why can't the above answer be 5, 6, 4, 2, 3, 1.
* By looking at the Advertisement, we are filling the Application form.
* Then we will get Appointment for our Interview.
* Then after Selection we will be in Probation Period.

Probation means its a trail were you are character and patience and bheaviour etc will be tested.
