B is correct :- we get advertisement, apply, appointment, interview, selection & the last process is probation (training).

Yes, first we can see the advertisement through newspaper or some other way. Then we will the send application through post or online, then they are called for interview.
Then they are check our quality like probation, then they are selected and finally they are appointed me on the selected post.
