The words can be arranged in the following meaningful sequence:
Room
Door
Lock
Key
Switch on
First, we need to have a room in order to have a door, lock, and key. So, "Room" comes first.
Next, we need to have a door to put a lock on it, so "Door" comes second.
Then, we need to have a lock to use a key to open it, so "Lock" comes third and "Key" comes fourth.
Finally, once we have access to the room, we may want to switch on a light or some other device, so "Switch on" comes last.
Therefore, the correct sequence is: Room, Door, Lock, Key, Switch on.

Option C is may be right.
But if I want to enter in to the room first I search the room then see lock then use key to open it, after that push the door and enter inside after that switch on the light.

The correct order is first, someone required a key to unlock the door once the door opened.
He/she will be allowed to go inside and then finally get access to switch on the lights.
