Phrase are meaning sentence whereas sentence may or may not be meaningful.
Eg. He approaches her and says he loves her.

Is a one sentence - "He approaches her and says he loves her ".
And two phrases - "He approaches her" , "says he loves her ".

Word contains group of letters.

Phrase contains group of words.

Sentence contains group of phrase and words.

Para contains many sentences.

This is the flow.
