Flower -> Fruit -> Seed -> Plant > Trees. Flower grows into a fruit, fruit produces seed. Seed makes a plant. The plant grows up to trees.

Usually, the seed became the plant then the tree and the tree make flowers then flowers became fruit.

So, the correct answer is 25134.

In my opinion, 25341.

First seed, then plant, flowers,

Fruit becomes from flowers,

It all contains a tree.

How here c is correct ?
